Marcia is the visionary behind The CM Merritt Foundation Inc. With a passion for serving people and building strong teams, she has put together an "A-List" of Board members and is the go-to source to and voice of the movement.

BILL MERRITT

Co-Chairman

With over 30 years of Corporate Engineering experience, including recruiting at NCA&TSU, Bill both understands the need for science and engineering talent, and how to best prepare students for a successful carrer after graduation. We are lucky to have this level of talent leading our Foundation.

DR. JANICE FILER

Communications Lead

A Brilliant educator with a wealth of Foundation experience, Dr. Janice Filer comes to us from the collegiate Education area and has proven a valuable historian and visionary, helping the team navigate the most efficient and helplful route to accomplish the Foundations Goals.

Beverly Kennedy

Secretary

She brings extensive professional and international experience marked by excellence, discretion, and attention to detail. Highly organized and precise, she ensures accuracy in governance and compliance. Her integrity, professionalism, and global perspective strengthen the Foundation’s operations and advance its empowering mission.

Chaplain and Executive Liaison

With a heart of gold and demonstrated leadership in the household of the faithful, Yvette Richard is as connected as they come. Also an Aggie and faithful servant, Yvette brings an endless supply of energy and enthusiasm to the Foundations movement.

Treasurer

She is a highly valued member of our leadership team, bringing a strong blend of nonprofit financial insight and technical expertise in tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping. Her professionalism, precision, and commitment to excellence make her instrumental in safeguarding the financial integrity of the Foundation.
